Executive Leadership
Idrissu Amba is a finance professional with 11 years of experience managing donor-funded programs, grants, and financial operations exceeding $2 million. He has worked with EU-funded projects and international banking institutions, ensuring strict compliance, accountability, and financial integrity. A Chartered Accountant by certification, he brings strong expertise in financial management, reporting, donor compliance, and internal controls
Is an expert agronomist with a bachelors degree in Agriculture Technology from UDS and more than 7 years experience in farming and management of irrigated farms.
She has 7 years of experience in administrative operations, records management, and financial documentation within development programs. She maintains structured, auditable filing systems, supports bookkeeping and expense tracking, and ensures documentation meets donor compliance and reporting standards. Her role underpins internal controls, data integrity, and efficient coordination across program and finance functions.
Abdulai Alhassan is a development practitioner with 17 years of experience designing and managing donor-funded programs in agriculture and livelihoods. He brings strong technical expertise in climate-smart agriculture, value chain development, and rural enterprise systems, with a track record of delivering results across multi-stakeholder projects. His work is grounded in practical field implementation, results-based management, and adaptive program delivery, supported by relevant professional certifications in project and development practice.
Belawu Mbangba Abubakari is a youth and climate leader with 11+ years of experience working across Africa and Europe, including Erasmus+ consortium projects and the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change ecosystem. She serves as a Chair within YOUNGO and has consulted for SEED by adelphi, supporting green enterprises and climate-focused initiatives. Her expertise spans climate adaptation, youth-centered program design, stakeholder engagement, and results-driven project delivery. She is recognized as a leading woman in agriculture in West Africa and speaks regularly at international forums, including COP platforms.
